Lorin is
Blood Cancer United

Two people standing close together against a plain gray background. One person has short gray hair and is wearing a long-sleeve black top with a front pocket. The other person has a bald head and is wearing a black zip-up shirt with a partially open collar.

I was diagnosed in 2017. I’m still alive and doing as well as I can be. Not as strong as I like, but happy to be alive.

I live in South Florida with a doting, supportive wife of 45 years.

I studied photography after a career in the law and have a small portrait studio.

A person sits in a treatment chair wearing a black shirt that reads “DONE” with a purple heart ribbon, holding a small dog pillow while connected to medical equipment. The clinical setting and triumphant message on the shirt create a powerful moment that can accompany stories related to blood cancer, resilience, and completing treatment milestones.
