Step 1: An invitation to register for the Coupa Supplier Portal will be initiated by a Blood Cancer United procurement partner. Should you receive this email, follow steps 2 and 3.
Step 2: You will receive an email from Coupa ([email protected]) containing two linked buttons to our Coupa system. These buttons will determine how you prefer to work with Blood Cancer United.
Step 3: Choose the button that is right for you:
- Respond without joining: if you have infrequent business with Blood Cancer United.
- Join and Respond: if you have recurring business with Blood Cancer United.
Infrequent business
If you have infrequent business with Blood Cancer United, meaning you submit only one or two invoices per order or contract within a year, you should use the Coupa SAN (Transaction Steps via Email). This will allow you to receive purchase orders and create invoices directly from your email inbox.
Action:
Select Respond without joining to set up your Blood Cancer United Supplier account and transact using Coupa SAN.
Recurring business
If you have regular or a higher frequency of transactions with Blood Cancer United, you should use the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). This option will allow you to manage all purchase orders, submit invoices, view payment information, and manage your supplier information.
Action:
Select Join and Respond to register for the CSP.
Action:
After completing your registration, log in to the CSP and click the Profile tab to fill out and submit the Supplier Request for Information form.
A note about invoices
All invoices must be created from a Purchase Order. Creating your invoice from a Blood Cancer United Purchase Order guarantees that your invoice submission will contain the required pieces of information to proceed through the Invoice Approval process.
By creating your invoice electronically, using either SAN or the CSP, you can avoid those outcomes.

Step 2: You will receive an email from Coupa ([email protected]) containing two linked buttons shown in step 3.
Step 3: Choose the button that is right for you:
- Join Coupa: Clicking this button will open a series of prompts to create an account on the Coupa Supplier Portal. Refer to the “How to Register for the Coupa Supplier Portal – Current Supplier” video.
- Forward this invitation: If you forward this invitation, please cc [email protected].
We welcome businesses to provide information about themselves and the products & services they provide for consideration when Blood Cancer United is sourcing new suppliers.
There are a few ways that you can submit your information for consideration by Blood Cancer United:
- Option 1: If your company currently manages an account via the Coupa Supplier Portal, we invite you to send a connection request from within your portal account.
- Option 2: If you do not currently manage a Coupa Supplier Portal account but are willing to set one up and submit your connection request from within your portal account, refer to our tutorial video: “How To: Complete New Supplier Onboarding Registration.”

- Sign into your Coupa Supplier Portal account.
- Click the “Setup” button located on the CSP navigation bar.
- Select “Connection Request.”
- Click the search button and enter "Blood Cancer United".
- Select Blood Cancer United as the supplier.
- Enter [email protected] as the “Customer Contact” and click “Request.”
- Option 3: If you do not currently manage a Coupa Supplier Portal account and are not willing to set one up, or if you do have a Coupa Supplier Portal account and would like to offer Blood Cancer United additional information about your business, proceed by completing the Prospective Supplier Request form.
Once your supplier information is received and reviewed a representative from Blood Cancer United will reach out to you should they be interested in learning more about your organization. Please note that completion of the Prospective Supplier Request form does not guarantee your organization contracting opportunities with Blood Cancer United. We appreciate your interest in potentially doing business with Blood Cancer United in the future and the time it took you to complete your information submission.
