Program details:
Experiencing a blood cancer diagnosis can come with a great deal of stress and anxiety. No matter where you are in your cancer journey, stress management is important for every patient's well-being and mental health.
Please join us for this FREE in-person education event which is designed to provide survivors/caregivers, health professionals, and their loved ones with a greater understanding about living with, through, and beyond blood cancer.
Attendees will learn useful techniques from expert speakers regarding stress management and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Also known as tapping, this technique is an evidence-based mind-body practice shown to help reduce stress, fear, and emotional overwhelm. During this program, attendees will learn how to calm the nervous system, and how to support their mental and
emotional well-being throughout their cancer journey. This program is designed as an approachable, interactive way to support stress management and emotional well-being throughout survivorship and beyond.
Complimentary dinner provided.
