Living Well with Blood Cancer - San Diego

PLEASE JOIN US FOR THIS FREE, IN-PERSON EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR THE BLOOD CANCER COMMUNITY! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Please join us for this FREE, in-person educational event designed to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of what it means to live with, through, and beyond blood cancer. Blood cancer patients, caregivers, family and friends will gain valuable insights and strategies for navigating survivorship.

Expert speakers will explore: 
- Survivorship care and long-term transplant outcomes 
- Clinical Care and Emotional Support 
- The benefits of gentle movement, mindfulness, or breathwork
- You will also hear powerful testimonies from survivors and caregivers, highlighting real-life experiences and lessons learned.
- We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
