Join us for a free, in-person education program for the blood cancer community. Registration is required.
About the program
A blood cancer diagnosis can affect every aspect of daily life, from treatment decisions to emotional well-being. This program is designed to give patients and caregivers the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate care, manage challenges, and feel supported throughout their journey.
Participants will hear 3 sessions on how to:
- Gain a clearer understanding of how blood cancer and its treatments impact overall health-including side effects, long-term considerations, and ways to work with healthcare teams to improve outcomes.
- Learn practical approaches to cope with fear, uncertainty, and emotional stressors, such as scanxiety, grief, and fear of recurrence, while finding strength in shared experiences.
- Explore healthy coping techniques-including stress management tools, self-care practices, and emotional resilience strategies-to improve quality of life during and after treatment.
This program blends expert insight with practical tools and supportive connection-creating a space where patients and caregivers can learn, share, and gain a sense of community.
Complimentary breakfast and lunch provided. Onsite self-parking available.
