Join us for a free, in-person education program for the blood cancer community. Registration is required.
About the program
Join Blood Cancer United for an evening of free food, education and community! The program features healthcare providers who specialize in working with caregivers navigating a loved one’s cancer diagnosis. Attendees will learn abouttheir role as partners in care and how to reframe conversations about advanced directives into one that emphasizes empowerment. Attendees will also learn strategies for self-care and be led through a guided meditation.
*Note that though this program focuses on caregivers, patients are welcome as well!
Check-in, food (buffet) and resource tables will be available from 5:00-5:45pm. Program will start promptly at 5:45pm.
