Join Blood Cancer United for a night of community and connection!
This program will provide an overview of blood cancer survivorship: treatment options, symptom management, and long-term psychosocial effects for blood cancer patients and caregivers. Attendees will participate in a Q&A with Dr. Siddiqui of Mass General Cancer Center at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
