Iberdomide Zenbexus™

Indications and usage

Iberdomide is indicated in combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least 1 prior line of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent. 

Side effects needing medical attention

Most common adverse reactions in combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone are: upper respiratory tract infection, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, pneumonia, diarrhea, motor dysfunction, rash, sleep disorder, hypogammaglobulinemia (low levels of immunoglobulins), COVID-19, and constipation.

The most common lab abnormalities are neutrophil count decreased, white blood cell count decreased, and lymphocyte count decreased.
