A person stands in a cozy living room giving two thumbs‑up while wearing a gray “Warrior” T‑shirt and blue jeans. The bright, welcoming space features a cushioned wicker sofa and inspirational wall décor. The uplifting pose makes the image fitting for stories or campaigns related to blood cancer awareness and strength.

Looking back, I see how God wove every detail together — the timing, the people in my life, and the divine healing. A testimony of his power and love.

I had a lump in my neck, and I thought it would be one of the worst days of my life at the doctor's office. The diagnosis was follicular lymphoma (FL). But before I could even get worried, my doctor had my plan mapped out, and my people showed up.

Treatment included lots of meds, three rounds of chemo, and 59 days later, I was cancer-free. Truly and absolutely a miracle.

All the family, friends, and clients, with the prayers, phone calls, and meals, got me through. I still worked, and I was very tired, but God was with me all the way. Even when the diagnosis shook me to the core, faith, strength, and medical care took over. My story is not just about surviving cancer; it was about taking my faith to another whole level. Healing began, my hair started growing back, more doctor visits, and more miracles.

But I never walked alone. And then I realized, everyone may not have that support, and I beg them to reach out. My heart belongs to walking beside others who are faced with what I went through. There is hope. Don’t ever give up and pray a lot more; God will hear you. Don’t walk alone, reach out, talk about it, pray about it, and get in a support group. We, survivors, help ourselves by helping others.

A person stands on a quiet, snow‑covered woodland path, wearing a dark zip‑up jacket lightly dusted with snowflakes. Bare winter trees surround the trail, creating a still, muted landscape. The cold air and gently falling snow evoke a sense of resilience and reflection—an atmosphere that mirrors the strength often required in a journey with blood cancer.
