Meet Chuck a leukemia survivor.

He is the Indianapolis Colts Head Coach, "My condition was leukemia. But my position was, I'm walking out of here. For everybody who's battling this disease, for everybody who's going to battle this disease, I would just say, look, your attitude's got to be one of, I'm gonna beat it."

Meet Chase. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Survivor. When Chase was just 16 months old, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Chase's treatment of chemotherapy lasted for three and a half years. Chase endured spinal taps, bone marrow draws, feeding tube placements, port accesses, blood transfusions, and countless medications - always with a smile.

After a family vacation with her four kids and husband of 20 years, Latasha couldn't eat or hold her head up. After being in bed for almost a month, she thought she had the flu when her doctor broke the news that she had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and anemia.

Matthew was diagnosed with Burkitt's Lymphoma and Leukemia in November 2008 at just two years old. After long and difficult chemotherapy treatments, Matthew achieved remission. He is now part of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia survivorship program. Matthew finds time for his hobbies like making crafts and running make-believe restaurants and stores.
