Here's what you can do now to advocate for people with blood cancer.

Call on your senators to stay strong on healthcare investments

We aren't giving up on getting improvements that would make healthcare more affordable and accessible to millions of Americans across the finish line. The LLS priorities included in the budget legislation would make critical investments in our nation's health system that would help some of the most vulnerable patients.

Tell your legislators: Cosponsor the Accelerating Kids’ Access to Care Act

Children with complex medical needs such as leukemia and other pediatric cancers often must travel outside of their home state to receive necessary care. Yet, in order for an out-of-state provider or care team to be approved to treat the child, the provider must go through screening and enrollment processes in the child's home state Medicaid program. This causes burdensome, unnecessary delays for time-sensitive care that can lead to a child's condition worsening.
