Charles Arnold is a retired KPMG partner with more than 30 years of experience in AI, management consulting, outsourcing, shared services, and corporate operating model design. Over his career, he held senior leadership roles including CTO and COO across both practice and industry, most recently leading KPMG’s AI transformation office and U.S. adoption strategy.
Arnold has been a dedicated supporter of Blood Cancer United for nearly two decades, initially in honor of and now in memory of his late wife, Kate. He has participated in dozens of Team In Training events across endurance disciplines and most recently co-led a Kilimanjaro expedition in which all 10 team members reached the summit and raised more than $160,000. His volunteer leadership includes serving as board chair of the Illinois region and in other key roles supporting the organization’s work.
