Program details:
Join Blood Cancer United for an evening of education and connection. This dinner program is open to anyone affected by blood cancer, including patients, survivors, caregivers, and individuals who simply want to learn more at any stage of diagnosis, treatment, or survivorship.
The evening will focus discussion on navigating wellness, accessing care within Alaska’s landscape, and advocating for individual and cultural needs across the state. While we will address challenges that can be more common in rural or remote communities, the
program welcomes participants from all locations and backgrounds. Our expert speaker, Noelle Flodin, will also share guidance on
working effectively with the social work team to advocate for your needs and make the most of available support.
This program aims to help Alaskans understand their resources, learn about our organization’s services, and connect with others who share similar experiences. We hope you will join us!
