Mind, Body & Spirit: A Survivorship Journey

One great program - TWO ways to attend! Attend the live program at our primary site in Lexington, or join us at our community viewing party in Morehead where you’ll watch the broadcast together and engage in a live, on-site Q&A with local healthcare experts.

Join us for a blood cancer survivorship education program designed to support you in every aspect of wellness. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for nurturing your mental, spiritual, and physical well-being through self-care and nutrition. A panel of trusted local healthcare professionals will also lead a live Q&A, creating space for open conversation and connection. Participants will:

  • Explore supportive tools for emotional and spiritual wellness after cancer
  • Learn practical nutrition and self-care strategies for everyday living
  • Hear about local and national resources available through Blood Cancer United

Bring your questions and be part of an engaging, supportive discussion. All are welcome — we encourage you to bring your caregiver and family members. Complimentary dinner will be provided at both locations.
