Blood Cancer Care in the Black Community

Program details
Join Blood Cancer United for an evening of education and connection! This program will provide an overview of myeloma, a form of blood cancer that disproportionately impacts the Black community. Patients, caregivers, and their loved ones will receive guidance on recognizing signs and symptoms, understanding diagnosis and treatment options, and navigating care with confidence.

Following these presentations, attendees will also be able to ask questions through an interactive Q&A, as well as learn about supportive resources available in their community and through Blood Cancer United.

Attendees will be guided through a short grounding exercise to help center themselves before the presentations.

Access to reliable information and quality care are essential following a cancer diagnosis. Come for clarity. Stay for connection. Leave feeling supported and informed.
