Program details
A blood cancer diagnosis can affect every aspect of daily life, from treatment decisions to emotional well-being. This program is designed to give patients and caregivers the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate care, manage challenges, and feel supported throughout their journey.
Our expert speaker will explore common challenges patients and caregivers face when accessing support services, treatment resources, and quality care. Our speaker, a social worker from Central Peninsula Hospital, will share insights on these challenges, discuss how to overcome barriers, access resources, and self-advocate throughout the blood cancer journey.
Bring your questions and be part of an engaging, supportive discussion. All are welcome — we encourage you to bring your caregiver and family members.
