Tecvayli™ Teclistamab-cqyvIndications and usage
Tecvayli™ (teclistamab‑cqyv) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma:
- In combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj in patients who have received at least one prior line of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent
- As monotherapy, in patients who have received at least four prior lines of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody
Side effects needing medical attention
The most common adverse reactions were fever, cytokine release syndrome, musculoskeletal pain, injection site reaction, fatigue, upper respiratory tract infection, nausea, headache, pneumonia, and diarrhea. The most common laboratory abnormalities were decreased lymphocytes, decreased neutrophils, decreased white blood cells, decreased hemoglobin, and decreased platelets.
