Sonrotoclax Beqalzi™Indications and usage
Sonrotoclax is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) after at least two lines of systemic therapy, including a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.
Side effects needing medical attention
The most common adverse reactions are pneumonia and fatigue. The most common lab abnormalities are decreases in lymphocytes and neutrophils.
