Narsoplimab-wuug Yartemlea®Indications and usage
Narsoplimab-wuug is indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (microangiopathy is a heart condition in which you might feel shortness of breath, chest pain or tightness, fatigue, and lack of energy, among other discomforts, due to the narrowing and poor functioning of the small cardiac arteries).
Side effects needing medical attention
Most common adverse reactions are viral infections, sepsis, hemorrhage, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, neutropenia, fever, fatigue and low potassium.
