Blood Cancer United

Person resting in a hospital bed and gesturing confidently toward the camera, expressing strength, resilience, and determination while highlighting blood cancer awareness, treatment support, and community care.

I am a stage 4 anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) survivor. I was diagnosed back in October 2024 after recently moving to Montana to pursue my basketball dreams. A sudden illness turning into a sickness that should’ve put me out, just being honest . . . talk about my world flipping upside down. But if there’s one thing about me, it’s that the LORD has been there for me time and time again to show who’s really in control, and I’m blessed to be one year cancer-free and back to my day-to-day living.

An older person wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt and jeans is seated in front of a stone wall, holding a small child dressed in a white long-sleeve top, a denim vest, and a light pink tulle skirt. A lamp with a textured shade is visible to the left, casting warm light on the stones in the background
